Business Policy
Payment Terms and Conditions

You agree to comply with all practices, instructions, operating rules, policies and instructions issued by us regarding the ordering of products through the Platform, including any amendments to the foregoing, and you shall be deemed to be aware of and bound by such changes upon their publication on the Platform. These Payment Terms and Conditions shall apply only to orders and payments made by you and the Seller.

Products and Orders

The agreement and consent to the ordering of products is made by you and the Seller directly, and you have accepted all details of the products, including the price, prior to ordering.
You acknowledge that the Seller has made every effort to provide accurate details of the products, and neither we nor the Seller warrants that such details are correct, current and free from errors.
An order after payment is made shall be deemed irrevocable and unconditional once the order has been placed through the Platform. The Seller shall have the right to process such order without further consent from you. However, in certain cases, you may request the Seller to cancel or amend the order as deemed appropriate in the trade, and the Seller shall not be obliged to comply with any request to cancel or amend the order.
The Seller shall be solely liable to deliver the products in accordance with the general specifications used to sell such products. Whether or not any special or specific details are provided, such details shall be deemed to be provided in accordance with the law. Any such special or specific details shall be deemed to be merely the seller's opinion on such matter. Neither we nor the seller make any warranty regarding the quality, status, condition or suitability of the product.

Payment and Refund

You agree to pay for the product with a credit or debit card that is legally acceptable for payment of debt.
You agree not to cancel the payment later unless the order between you and the seller does not comply with the agreement, the product is not delivered, or the product you receive is significantly different from the description you received from the seller at the seller's discretion.
You acknowledge that the refund policy for successful payment will be made only if the seller agrees and notifies the intention to make a refund.
You acknowledge that all refunds shall be made through the original payment mechanism and to the person who made the payment.
You acknowledge that there is no guarantee that the refund will be credited to your account on time. The payment may take time and depends on each bank and/or payment service provider that processes the refund.
Supermomthailand allows the exchange or return of the product if you change your mind, which can be used for both in-store and online returns.

To return or exchange products, you can do so within 7 days according to the return and exchange policy, counting from the date shown on the receipt or the date you receive the product, with the following terms and conditions:
The product must be in the same good condition as before. The box or seal must not be opened, have no marks or defects.
Products purchased as a set or with multiple items in the box must be returned as a set (in full amount).
This return policy does not include products that are prohibited from being exchanged or returned.
For online orders, the shipping costs related to returning products will not be the responsibility of Supermomthailand.
Customers' rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not affected by the Supermomthailand return or exchange policy.
